Support

Application management and support

Continued development and support of IT and business

We take responsibility for the application management and support of business-critical applications for large companies. We are proficient in customer support and know how to deal with regional and cultural peculiarities. Together with our partners, we develop the applications further. Our core competencies are communication, solution orientation and stable, smooth operation in complex infrastructures.

We have a tried and tested approach to knowledge transfer: we familiarize ourselves with the applications, the documentation, the configuration and the code, update the documentation and talk to all of the customer's users and managers.

In recent years, our experienced team has carried out extensive knowledge transfer with users and existing support staff and has successfully taken over application management and support for more than 100 business-critical applications worldwide.

mtc ensures the smooth and uninterrupted operation of a variety of technologies, including data warehouses, web and mobile applications on iOS and Android.

Patent information

We are democratizing access to technical innovations

Patent information is the world's largest collection of technical documentation of all human inventions since the end of the 19th century. There are currently around 140 million machine-readable descriptions of commercially usable technical inventions. For comparison: the world's largest library has “only” collected 40 million books.

Our mtc patent information services offer easy access to patent-relevant data worldwide. With depa.tech, patents can be searched for directly, analyzed and downloaded in various formats via an API. Thanks to the integration of patent information from major offices (DE, EP, WO, US, JP), business processes are simplified and accelerated.

For the strategic planning of patent applications, patscenar.io supports the calculation of costs and offers detailed scenarios for national and international patent strategies.
